| Welcome to Crawford and Cook’s on-line Booking page. Here you may book any of the courses run at any venue over the current/next teaching cycle. Unless otherwise stated, the courses are run within or anexed to the hospital or university department itself. You will find below links to some course venues: specific travel information can be found here. Before booking You may book as many or few courses as you like, as they are run independently and can be taken on their own or put together to generate an integrated body of learnng. When browsing through the different course options, feel free to click back to the “Course Content” page, to see the material to be presented. Course-specific learning outcomes and references, as well as necessary equipment (which you need to bring/arrange) is described here. Courses are usually delivered by a lead tutor, supported by at least one highly clinically and educationally experienced, professionally-regulated healthcare colleague. Please note that we offer an ‘early bird’ booking option where the courses are discounted from £ASK! to £ASK! when booked more than 28 days before date of delivery. Booking When booking, you simply need only click on the “Book” button and confirmation by e-mail will be sent to you followed by a detailed invoice. You may book as many courses as you wish, at one visit to our website or on several visits as you prefer. Payment is usually by cheque, payable to “Crawford and CooK” and sent to: Crawford and Cook 24 Chiltern Avenue Bushey Hertfordshire WD23 4QB If booking for larger numbers, either of courses or participants, electronic transfer can be arranged. For more information please contact us at: Admin@crawfordandcook.com After Booking Your booking will be confirmed by e-mail and followed by an itemised invoice. Once again it can be helpful to look through the information provided on the “Pre-Course Preparation“ page to review supported reading and “Course Content” to review subject material and recommended equipment. A guide to anticipated aims and learning outcomes is also available on our “Background, Aims & Outcomes” page though even more detailed information contained within original MACP submission documentation can be found on the MACP website at: http://www.macpweb.org/home/index.php?p=121.
